About the role

A couple dividing their time between the Jersey Shore, NYC and Palm Beach Gardens is finally ready to bring on the support they've talked about needing for years. This is a remote role structured for eight hours a week with the potential to grow as they settle into working with an assistant. Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements and concierge-style planning for their family which includes visits by their four adult children. You will manage dinner reservations, look-ahead calendaring, and light administrative tasks. You will also help with resume screening (the husband is retired from finance and sits on multiple boards), vendor research, and organizing their digital world, including photo sorting. There will be occasional event planning assistance, mostly for intimate gatherings, and holiday decorating.

Requirements: Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant Experience working with UHNWIMS Office Suite and fluency with using remote platforms Facility with digital organization tools, including photo sorting and general file organization Strong written communication Excellent judgment and the ability to create and execute project timelines Relaxed, collaborative interpersonal manner combined with solid work ethic and follow-through

Responsibilities: Arrange travel, including concierge-level planning around visits with family in Connecticut and San Francisco Review documents, including insurance paperwork Screen resumes for principal’s board functions Source vendors Book dinner reservations and manage look-ahead calendaring Sort photos and maintain general digital organization Occasional support for small-scale event planning / intimate gatherings 8 hrs/week, mostly remote$50/hour
