Goldbelt Glacier is committed to providing transformative and comprehensive health operational capabilities to support customers across scientific, clinical, technological, and program management areas.The Senior Consultant provides strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to support executive-level initiatives across the organization. This role applies advanced project management, business process improvement, and business process re-engineering methodologies to drive operational excellence and organizational performance. The Senior Consultant reviews project deliverables, advises senior leadership, and provides executive coaching to ensure successful implementation of strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead and guide executive-level initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and mission objectivesApply advanced project management principles to plan, execute, monitor, and close complex projectsConduct comprehensive business process assessments and lead re-engineering efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and performanceDevelop strategic recommendations and present findings to executive leadershipReview project deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with established standards and objectivesProvide executive coaching and advisory support to senior leaders on project management best practices and organizational transformation initiativesIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolutionQualificationsStrong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologiesExceptional executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and advise senior leadershipStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesBachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related fieldPMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)Minimum 7 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higherAbility to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)The pay range for this position is $88.95 to $98.56 hourly.
