Western Products is seeking an Outreach & Scheduling Specialist to join our Fargo showroom team. The role involves making 80–120 outbound calls daily to generate appointments and guide homeowners through home improvement options. You will schedule consultations, assist with events, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.
