About the role

Swayable is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Head of Finance. You will own cross-functional projects, drive execution, and build systems to align leadership priorities. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in strategy consulting and a track record of turning strategy into action. This hybrid role requires strong writing, stakeholder management, and comfort with data-driven decision making.
