Benefits: 401(k)Company parties Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Rapid Die Cut is seeking a dependable, hands-on Material Handler & Equipment Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This position combines material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving support, and operation of material-conversion equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment such as skiving saws, slitters, flash cutters, and other converting machinery Manage and stage raw materials and work-in-process to keep Production supplied and jobs moving Support shipping, receiving, inventory, material organization, and cycle counting Use ERP/inventory software, barcode scanners, and tablets to accurately track material movement and inventory Load, unload, label, identify, and properly store materials Maintain organized material queues and communicate shortages or issues that could impact Production Follow all safety, quality, and work-instruction requirements
Qualifications: Manufacturing, warehouse, material-handling, or machine-operation experience is preferred. Experience operating manufacturing equipment and using ERP/inventory systems is a plus. Candidates should be reliable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willing to work across multiple responsibilities. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Supervisor – Shipping, Receiving, Materials & Inventory.
