Job DescriptionRole: Director of Product ManagementLocation: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)Harrison Clarke is partnering with a stealth startup building the operating system for enterprise AI, tackling one of the fastest-growing and least understood cost centers in modern organisations. As companies invest heavily in generative AI without clear visibility, the platform brings control, enabling leaders to track usage, measure impact, and scale responsibly. Founded by former senior leaders from a global tech giant and supported by deep research and major cloud partnerships, the team is defining a new category at the intersection of AI and enterprise infrastructure.This company have reached an important inflection point and are looking to bring onboard a hands-on Product Leader who will own major areas of their platform.This role requires someone who can understand complex technical and financial problems, turn them into clear product experiences, and make sound decisions with incomplete information. It is a hands-on role in an early-stage company, with significant influence over product direction.Role Requirements:Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for major areas of a customer-facing AI platformLead discovery with CIOs, CFOs, product leaders, AI platform teams, and engineers to uncover high-value use casesTranslate complex technical and financial problems - AI cost, performance, value, and governance - into clear product requirementsDefine how customers measure business KPIs, unit economics, and cost-to-value ratiosBuild capabilities for comparing AI agents, models, prompts, and architectures across cost, quality, latency, reliability, and business outcomesWork closely with engineering on telemetry, SDKs, APIs, integrations, data models, and cloud architectureDefine product metrics and use customer behavior and feedback to guide decisionsProfile Signals:10+ years of product management or related product leadership experienceProven track record building and scaling complex B2B or enterprise softwareExperience taking products from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iterationBackground in data-intensive products such as analytics, observability, financial management, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI platformsStrong customer discovery skills across both executive and technical audiencesTechnical fluency with APIs, SDKs, telemetry, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platformsDeep understanding of metrics, product analytics, and evidence-based decision makingExperience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer successComfortable working hands-on in an early-stage company with changing prioritiesIf you’re excited by the opportunity to shape how enterprises measure, optimize, and scale the business value of AI, apply below!
