This is a varied, hands-on position within a small business where priorities can change, and team members contribute across different areas.You will help keep administrative and operational activities organized, maintain accurate product and inventory information, review Excel reports, prepare internal and customer-facing materials, and assist with projects that improve how work gets done. The right person is intelligent, resourceful, highly organized, able to spot inconsistencies, and comfortable taking initiative when solving unfamiliar problems. You must have strong Excel skills, experience using AI tools, and the ability to manage projects with limited oversight.Experience in a startup, small business, consumer products, fashion, retail, wholesale, or another fast-moving environment may be helpful but is not required. This is an opportunity to become a trusted, highly visible member of a growing business, take ownership of meaningful projects, and see the direct impact of your work across the organization.Administrative & Operations Coordinator ResponsibilitiesSupport scheduling, correspondence, travel, and changing prioritiesMaintain accurate product, image, pricing and inventory informationReview sales and inventory reports in Excel for errors, trends, and opportunitiesCoordinate vendors, shipments, and suppliesPrepare organized, professional presentations and product materialsUse available technology and AI tools to support research, organization, and efficiencyHelp create processes that bring greater structure to daily operationsAssist with a variety of administrative and operational projects as needs ariseAdministrative & Operations Coordinator QualificationsPrevious administrative or operations support experience requiredStrong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, and filtering, requiredExperience reviewing data and identifying errors or inconsistencies requiredExperience using AI and other technology tools for business tasks requiredStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through requiredStable work history and experience contributing within a fast-paced, hands-on environment
