Through wars, recessions, and rapid industrial evolution, the Vexler family has guided the company with resilience - expanding capabilities and facilities across generations.As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the gatekeeper and trusted partner to the fourth-generation Vexler family leader, ensuring efficient daily operations, seamless communication, and effective prioritization of the CEO's time and initiatives.Responsibilities:Master of Details: Excel at managing priorities, schedules, and logistics with exceptional organization and foresight. Your ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces ensures the CEO remains focused on key business priorities while daily operations run seamlesslyTechnical Communication Champion: Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO, fostering professional and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. With discretion and strong interpersonal skills, you build positive relationships and ensure information flows smoothly across the organization.Independence Expert: Work autonomously to prioritize responsibilities and navigate competing demands with confidence and initiative. Take ownership of your work, ensuring communications, reports, presentations, and other key materials are thoughtfully prepared, polished, and delivered to the highest standard.Speed Maestro: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail. By maintaining organized systems, safeguarding confidential information, and supporting essential operational functions, you help ensure the business runs efficiently and without interruption.Problem-Solving Prodigy: Anticipate needs before they arise and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Resourceful and adaptable, you find ways to remove obstacles, support key objectives, and help the CEO stay focused on what matters most.Requirements:3+ years of executive-level administrative supportExperience managing multi-line phone systems and general office operationsExperience in Microsoft Office applications and the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iCloud)Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precisionEfficient and effective communication skills
