A leading design build general contractor in the Las Vegas market is adding a Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth. This firm has earned a strong regional reputation for delivering quality commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily work, and currently holds a healthy backlog of upcoming projects — making this a great opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded organization. The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams. Benefits and Highlights

Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
  • Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
  • Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
  • Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
  • Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Ground-up project experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction
  • Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
