About the role
To support community health centers in improving patient health, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will lead new implementations, provide consultative analytics support, and help enhance the analytics platform, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead new health center implementations by conducting stakeholder meetings and analyzing EHR data
Provide consultative analytics support to health centers, managing data initiatives and building reports
Identify improvements and new features for the analytics platform based on customer feedback and industry best practices
Required qualifications
Strong SQL skills with experience in extracting and analyzing healthcare data
4+ years of experience navigating complex database schemas and organizational dynamics in healthcare settings
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse health center stakeholders
Strong project management skills for managing complex projects with shifting priorities
Knowledge and interest in healthcare quality improvement and population health management
