About the role
Leading the global direct-sales organization, the full-time Vice President of Global Sales will develop and execute sales strategies, manage direct account ownership, and drive measurable performance across multiple regions while working remotely from Canada or other specified locations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the global direct sales organization to expand the customer base and achieve measurable sales targets
Develop and recommend direct-sales strategies, translating them into regional execution plans and structured forecasts
Analyze business needs to implement scalable sales plans and improve sales effectiveness across the organizationRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with a focus in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related fields
15+ years of direct B2B sales leadership experience, including 7+ years managing global sales teams
Proven track record in quota performance and managing complex sales cycles for Capex, subscription, and services offerings
Experience in technical sales, particularly in manufacturing software or related industries
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
