About the role
Rehabilitation Technician Under the guidance of licensed physical therapy staff, assist with patient care, therapeutic modalities, clinic upkeep, and daily operations. Patient Support: Guide ambulatory and wheelchair patients, fit/position them on exercise equipment, and monitor their responses during treatment. Direct Care & Modalities: Safely administer modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound, cold laser, heat/ice packs) and assist with therapeutic exercises and hand therapy under licensed supervision. Clinic Operations: Manage opening/closing duties, maintain clinic cleanliness, sanitize equipment, handle laundry, and restock treatment rooms. Clerical Support: Answer phones, take messages, fill out forms, and handle facility-dependent administrative tasks. Must be at least 18-years of age and have a high school diploma. Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy coursework or a related field and demonstrating interest in pursuing a career in Allied Health preferred. Equivalent experience or qualifications will also be considered. Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse patient population and in a team environment.
