- Through executive-level conferences, digital content, webinars, white papers, and networking experiences, we create forums where leaders exchange ideas, share strategies, and explore what's next in the world of workforce transformation.
- Now, we're looking for a Conference Producer who wants to take ownership, move quickly, and play a major role in bringing these experiences to life.
- Own Your EventsOwn 4–6 conferences annually from concept through onsite execution
- Develop conference themes, agendas, session topics, and content
- Research emerging trends and identify topics that matter to senior executives
- Build the Speaker Lineup
- Identify and recruit VP, SVP, and C-level executives to participate as speakers
- Conduct high-volume outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Build relationships with senior-level executives and convert outreach into confirmed speakers
- Manage the speaker pipeline and consistently hit monthly targets
- Make It HappenManage event timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams
- Own speaker communication from initial outreach through the onsite experience
- Troubleshoot issues, keep projects moving, and make decisions when things change
- Attend and help execute conferences onsite
- We're looking for someone who is driven, organized, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.
- You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional conference production background. If you've successfully recruited, sold to, influenced, or closed senior stakeholders, your experience could translate extremely well.
- You'll bring:2–5 years of experience in event production, conference management, recruiting, sales, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to engage and close senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive, resourceful approach — you see what needs to happen and make it happen
- Persistence and confidence when reaching out to senior executives
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
- You're consistently hitting speaker acquisition targets
- Your events feature relevant, high-quality VP, SVP, and C-level speakers
- Agendas are compelling, timely, and built around what executives actually want to discuss
- Event milestones and deadlines stay on track
- Speakers and internal teams have a clear, positive experience
- You can walk into an event and see something you helped create come to life
