About the role

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human services agency, seeks an Overnight Assistant Residential Supervisor for the Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) in Westborough, MA. Assist the Supervisor in the safe running of all shifts, supervise residential counselors, and cover shifts in the absence of a Supervisor. NFI’s two 15-bed IRTPs provide vigorous treatment in a locked setting for youths with serious mental illness, supported by a trained, credentialed staff.
