Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Retail Shop Attendant. The Retail Shop Attendant is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, generating sales, merchandising, and creating a warm and pleasant environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic and a passion for service. Candidates must be able to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
What You Will Do:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
Ensure daily shipments are securely processed in a timely fashion
Aid customers in locating merchandise
Uphold maintenance and housekeeping standards along with day to day opening and closing cleaning procedures
What You Bring
Prefer previous experience in luxury retail sales and operations, with a proven record of effective performance
