About the role
To support HR technology solutions, the remote Texas Licensed ERP Systems Analyst will research, design, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM, FMS, and CS systems while coordinating with technical and functional analysts.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain ERP solutions, including application engines and integrations with other systems
Review, debug, code, and test PeopleSoft applications, ensuring data protection and user accessibility
Create technical documentation and assist with upgrades, data mapping, and project management activitiesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
Three years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FMS, and CS
Proficiency in SQL and third-party systems integration
At least one year of experience in PeopleSoft or similar development
