This role covers a hospital site (or small cluster of sites) generating $3 million to $10 million in annual service revenue, and the client is actively investing in Pacific Northwest leadership.Leaders who genuinely enjoy coaching technicians and supervisors, not just reviewing their numbersPeople comfortable operating in a unionized hospital environment, with real knowledge of labor practices and collaborative union relationshipsOperators who can sit across the table from hospital C-suite executives and hold their own on compliance, budget, and service strategySomeone who wants P&L ownership now, not in three promotionsIf you'd rather stay in a pure technical or bench role and are not looking for staffing, budget, or client-facing responsibility, this isn't the right fit. This isn't a supervisory stepping-stone title. Expect regular, direct interaction with hospital system executives, not just facilities staff, and full ownership of how the site's Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) performs against its key metrics.Staff and schedule technicians to keep coverage and response times where they need to beOwn site key performance indicators, including preventive maintenance completion, work order turnaround, alerts, and regulatory readinessLead Joint Commission inspection prep and ensure open work orders and performance assurance inspections stay documented and currentManage the service contract and inventory picture: demand labor, demand parts, in-house labor, and in-house partsDeliver Quarterly Value Reviews and system-level reports directly to hospital executive stakeholdersCoach, mentor, and give direct performance feedback to technicians, supervisors, and senior techniciansOwn site and budget readiness, with full profit-and-loss accountabilityThis is a hands-on leadership seat, not a desk job. You'll be pulled into everything from union labor conversations to executive budget reviews to walking the floor with technicians, often in the same week. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
