About the role

Makena Shared Services LLC is seeking an Outdoor Pursuits Manager to lead the Outdoor Pursuits Department at Makena Golf & Beach Club on Maui. You will coordinate on-land, water, racquets, and Kids Club programs to shape the Discovery Land Company member experience. The role requires 3+ years in a luxury resort setting with staff supervision, CPR/First Aid, lifeguard and ocean safety training, and a strong guest-service focus. You will hire, train, and manage department budgets and SOP adherence.
