Location: Miami, FL | Hybrid. This role combines in-person collaboration with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state and have 3+ years of directly relevant legal experience within iGaming, gaming, online gambling, casino, or closely related regulated gaming environments.

Job Description: Advise the business on gaming regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with product, marketing, compliance, and leadership teams to provide practical legal guidance that supports business growth. Manage customer disputes, demand letters, complaints, claims, and litigation matters, coordinating with outside counsel when appropriate. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with game suppliers, affiliates, technology providers, and platform partners. Advise on promotions, campaigns, customer communications, and new product initiatives from a gaming regulatory perspective. Support responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, and licensing matters. Collaborate with compliance teams on AML, KYC, responsible gaming, and related regulatory obligations. Track emerging regulatory risks and translate complex legal requirements into clear, commercially practical guidance. Manage outside counsel relationships and help control legal spend on specialist matters.
Qualifications: JD or equivalent law degree. Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.3+ years of directly relevant iGaming or gaming legal experience, either in-house or with a law firm serving gaming clients. Strong understanding of gaming regulation, licensing, and regulated consumer businesses. Experience with customer disputes, commercial contracting, gaming compliance, or multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters strongly preferred. Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels.
