High-Volume Recruiter (Onsite Contract) | Jessup, PA

Pay: $35hr

Location: Jessup, PA

Schedule: M-F 8-430pm, with flexibility to extend or work weekends as needed. Contract: Immediately – end of December 2026PSG Global Solutions is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter to support an online retail client’s hiring team. In this onsite role, you’ll evaluate candidates, keep the selection process moving, and help deliver a clear, timely candidate experience during a busy hiring period.

What you’ll do: Screen candidates against consistent job requirements and assess their skills and fit. Coordinate next steps and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday, the applicant tracking system. Conduct onsite oral drug tests following the training and procedures provided for the role. Complete screening and selection paperwork and keep candidates and hiring partners informed.

What you’ll bring: Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or staffing agency environment. Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills. Comfort working in an applicant tracking system and managing multiple candidates at once. Workday experience is a plus. Ability to work onsite in Jessup, PA for the contract period.
