Job Description Job Description Job Description: Design control systems for inhouse built equipment and automation, including: Hardware Specification, Schematics, Panel Layout, and BOM.Write and maintain programs for various inhouse equipment andautomation. Including, but not limited to, PLCs, HMIs, Robotics, Drives and Industrial networks. Member of the team to Design equipment and automation for new andexisting processes and equipment. Key member of the team to review equipment efficiency and utilizationto help identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities Participate with the Maintenance department in troubleshooting andsupporting existing equipment when required Develop and write operating, setup, maintenance procedures" BSEE degree or equivalent experience" 5 years minimum experience with manufacturing controls" PLC & HMI programming" Working knowledge of VFD drives and servos" Robotic programming a plus" Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards" Familiar with machine safety standards" Analytical skills" Proficiency with 2D CAD software (3D a plus)" Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics a plus" Mechanical aptitude" Machine vision a plus" Detail oriented" Good communication skills" Good organizational skills" Adaptability
