About the role
Owning a new acquisition channel, the full-time Digital Health Account Executive will source, negotiate, and close partnerships with influencers and creators to enhance OpenLoop's D2C telehealth offerings while building a repeatable revenue engine remotely.
Key responsibilities
Source, pitch, and close influencer and creator partnerships through talent management agencies
Structure and negotiate performance-based deals while managing live partnerships for ongoing performance
Track pipeline and channel metrics, feeding learnings back into the playbook for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
5+ years in creator/influencer partnerships, affiliate/performance sales, or D2C growth, including 2-3+ years of deal closing experience
Demonstrated experience sourcing and closing partnerships, ideally through talent/management agencies
Working knowledge of performance-based deal structures and channel economics
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated consumer-health marketing is preferred
Self-directed builder who thrives in ambiguity and has a track record of turning early wins into repeatable systems
