Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Arborist Foreman to lead a crew in performing safe, high-quality tree care operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled climber / aerial lift operator and communicator with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a crew in daily tree care operations—pruning, removals, and cabling Ensure all work complies with ANSI and OSHA standards. Perform climbing and aerial lift operations as needed. Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce proper PPE use. Communicate with clients and management to ensure job expectations are met. Maintain and inspect equipment, vehicles, and tools. Train crew members in safe and effective arboricultural techniques.
Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of professional tree care experience, including climbing and crew leadership. ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification).Proficiency with tree climbing, rigging, chainsaws, and aerial lift operation. Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning standards, and hazard assessment. Valid Class B CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain).Excellent communication and leadership skills. Commitment to safety, professionalism, and production efficiency.
