About the role
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
- Repair motors, control panels, PLCs, wiring, pumps, valves, cylinders, and fluid lines
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, and part replacements
- Help reduce downtime and keep production moving
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Assist with spare parts and tools inventory
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
- 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- PLC, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus
- Experience with motors, control circuits, pumps, valves, and actuators preferred
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- $17.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
