About the role
- The incumbent will be directly involved with the management of projects related to Calibration, process optimization, troubleshooting, therefore, responsible for the quality of the product provided to client customers
- Coaches and supervises direct reports to ensure proper project management and completion of project responsibilities within each customer account
- Demonstrated experience in leading small to medium projects within the regulated manufacturing industry.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, the quantity of equipment, and the skill of personnel.
- Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
- Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
- Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
- Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation, and monitoring departmental expenditures.
- Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
- Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts
- Approves Instrumentation Technician's work orders and timesheets for further management review.
- Modify program controls; be proficient in analog, digital, and solid-state electronic circuit repair.
- Advance operation and administration of databases such as LAN, CalPro, Maximo, SAP, Metasys, PLCs, fire, and security systems.
