Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting research in claims systems, image systems, and financial reporting to ensure funds are available and cleared. Managing manual adjustments for both solicited and unsolicited refund requests based on inquiries received. Collaborating with providers and members to research and resolve outstanding balances. Engaging in special projects, reconciliations, and analysis as assigned. Key Requirements and
Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Experience in the government sector or healthcare industry. Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes.2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations. Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in claims systems and financial reporting tools.
