About the role

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Boilermakers to join our team. The Boilermaker will be responsible for the repair, installation, fabrication, and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, exchangers, and other industrial equipment in refinery, chemical plant, power, and heavy industrial environments. Candidates must be safety-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in demanding industrial settings during maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects.
Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Perform layout, fit-up, fabrication, and installation of boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, ductwork, and structural components Remove and replace refractory, tubes, plate steel, and other equipment components as required Perform rigging, lifting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, torches, grinders, and other trade-related equipment safely and efficiently Assist with shutdowns, outages, and turnaround work in industrial facilities Work closely with welders, fitters, supervisors, and other crafts to complete projects safely and on schedule Maintain compliance with all company and site-specific safety procedures Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of industrial boilermaker experience preferred Experience in refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, power plants, or similar industrial facilities preferred Knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, and industrial maintenance practices Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailNCCER certification is a plus but not required
Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required Must pass all required safety training, site requirements, and drug screenings
