About the role
Robert Half is representing a food manufacturing client in downtown Chicago on an open contract, with potential to be contract-to-hire, Data Analyst opportunity. The ideal candidate is local to the Chicagoland area, but potentially open to fully remote options.
Responsibilities include:
- Building out Excel dashboards
- Financial modeling and forecasting in Excel
- Overlap support with sales and marketing teams
- Heavy sales data spreadsheet manipulation The ideal candidate has:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with forecasting, cost analysis, data reconciliation & vendor management
- Trade management/commercial finance experience
- Strong communication skills
- A startup mentality and comfortability with a startup environment
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experienced highly preferred, if not then related food/beverage manufacturing or retail industry experience
