About the role

New York Common Pantry seeks a strategic Chief Finance and Administration Officer to lead all financial and operational functions from our New York offices in East Harlem and the Bronx hub with regular presence at the Bronx hub. You will oversee accounting, payroll, budgeting, reporting, procurement, risk, and HR operations, guiding growth while ensuring financial integrity. You will partner with the CEO and Board, manage multi-site funding streams, systems upgrades, and staff development
