About the role

As a full-time Arizona Licensed Financial Advisor in the Financial Advisor Development Program, the candidate will participate in a 21-month training program designed to transition from an Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor, focusing on client interaction, investment knowledge, and operational support in a call-center environment. Key responsibilities: Obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) required for the Financial Advisor role Support clients with order entry, money movement, and account maintenance requests Document client interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications: B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 Desire to obtain and pass FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and AI tools
