About the role
Owning the operational strategy, the full-time Operations Analytics Lead will translate data insights into actionable changes within the contact center and back-office operations, working remotely to drive decision-making and adoption of analytics and AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Translate operations strategy into prioritized data problems, focusing on impactful solutions
Convert data insights into narratives that influence operational leadership decisions
Ensure the integration of insights into workflows, measuring success by outcomes rather than output
Required qualifications
8+ years in a data product owner, analytics, or data subject matter expert role with proven business impact
Strong fluency with operational data and reporting, capable of navigating complex data landscapes
Experience partnering effectively with central data organizations
Applied AI fluency and understanding of its relevant applications in operations
Working knowledge of modern data stacks, particularly Snowflake and related tools
