About the role
Job Description:
A manufacturing company in Escondidois hiring a bilingual Manufacturing Administratorfor aFull-Time, Temporary 90-dayposition. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays as needed. This role supports plant operations through production timekeeping, payroll support, employee training, Excel reporting, skill matrix management, new product launches, and communication with sales and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage production hours, time corrections, and payroll-related questions.
Coordinate employee training and maintain Skill Matrix reports.
Support new product launches and cross-functional projects.
Manage sales requests, order changes, and production updates.
Prepare Fill Sheets and maintain production reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 4 years of plant administrative experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills.
Manufacturing/plant administration experience and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs.
