The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the transformation, with a focus on making the product the backbone of agentic systems within businesses. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a leader who can reshape the central paradigm of a product that is deeply integrated into the work of its users. The VP of Product Management will be responsible for sharpening the vision, holding the bar on the user experience, and growing both new and existing business. They must be adept at operating on evidence, building and leading a team, and fostering a culture of customer obsession, evidence, and pace. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of leading product management teams, delivering results, and being accountable for both the product experience and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and measuring AI features, as well as a deep understanding of the market and customer needs. Familiarity with the governance, lineage, and explainability expectations of regulated and data-mature enterprises, as well as working knowledge of cloud data platforms, is a plus.
