Plant Construction Project Manager $120,000- $180,000+Tenure: 12-24 months (with potential for extension and future advancement)
Location: Near FM area
Project Overview Project Type: Development of a renewable natural gas project using advanced technology to convert dairy waste into natural gas.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the completion of engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to finalize minor engineering tasks and coordinate with the general contractor. General Contractor Selection: Identify and select a suitable general contractor for the project. Supervision: Manage a team of 2 to 3 direct reports and oversee a workforce of 10 to 20 personnel on-site. Equipment Management: Ensure the procurement and management of minor equipment and miscellaneous items.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in project management and construction, plus if in process plant construction. Seasoned professional with experience managing large projects. Background in oil and gas or natural gas sectors is preferred. Experience with pressure piping is a significant plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and contractors effectively. Familiarity with engineering processes related to renewable energy projects.
Compensation: Competitive salary aligned with market demands, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.
