Mackenzie Stuart is currently exclusively partnered with a manufacturer & leader in Ventilation & Air Movement products, and we are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Eastern United States. This role will manage relationships with independent manufacturers' representatives, distributors, and strategic customers while identifying new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and HVAC markets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Manage and support independent manufacturers' representatives and distribution partners. Identify and develop new rep agencies, distributors, and customer relationships. Manage strategic and national accounts, including pricing and business development initiatives. Provide product training, sales support, and market feedback. Collaborate with customers and channel partners on projects and growth opportunities. Track sales activity, maintain forecasts, and provide regular territory updates.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial, commercial, HVAC, or related products.
  • Experience selling through manufacturers' representatives and distributors.
  • Proven ability to develop territories and expand distribution channels.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts or large customers.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. xevrcyc
  • Ability to manage a large, multi-state territory with approximately 25% travel.
