Sales and Account Representative

What You'll Do: Connect with customers and identify their wireless and account needs Explain products, services, pricing, upgrades, and current promotions Assist with account setup, product selections, and service options Recommend solutions based on individual customer needs Build and maintain positive customer relationships Stay current on products and services through ongoing training Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to team results

What We're Looking For: Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, food service, or other customer-facing environments can transfer well into this position.
