As more families invest in health, recovery, and relaxation at home, we are expanding — and building our next generation of store leadership. We are not hiring an assistant. • Support daily showroom operations
  • Manage inventory and merchandising standards
  • Lead by example on the sales floor
  • Develop leadership skills alongside senior management
  • Career PathYear 1:Develop sales and operational expertise
  • Begin leadership responsibilities
  • Earn performance-based bonuses
  • Year 2:Take ownership of store performance metrics
  • Lead team training and execution
  • Step into Store Manager role
  • This is a career-track position, not a static retail role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift and move 50–75 lb merchandise
  • Assist with moving showroom displays and equipment
  • Active, on-your-feet work environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Competitive mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership potential
  • Professional and customer-focused
Retail experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate. If you're ready to build a career — not just take a job — we'd like to meet you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
