Customer Care Representative Full-Time | Hybrid: 2 Onsite Days per Week | Customer Support / Call Center We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to answer inbound calls, process orders, and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism, patience, and care. Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional support on inbound customer calls. Listen to customers' needs, answer questions, and provide clear, accurate information. Process orders accurately while maintaining a positive customer experience. Resolve customer concerns with patience, ownership, and a focus on satisfaction. Document interactions and use multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Meet expectations for service quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong communication skills and customer satisfaction focus. Ability to stay calm, professional, and detail-oriented while multitasking across systems. Reliable attendance, punctuality, basic Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to learn. This position supports a fast-paced customer care environment where service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are key priorities. Two onsite days per week are required.
