About the role

Turner & Townsend Energy & Natural Resources, Houston-based, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects, interfacing with clients and other consultants. You will lead competitive RFPs, negotiate contracts for construction scopes, and coordinate HV interconnection, civil/site prep, and plant EPC interface management. SOX controls may be part of the role; on-site presence required.
