About the role
Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking a Craft Recruiter to source, screen, and hire skilled craft workers for energy infrastructure projects. You will lead sourcing efforts across pipefitters, welders, electricians, and heavy equipment operators. The role requires 3+ years of high-volume craft recruiting experience and proficiency with ATS. Travel to project sites and events will be required, with a focus on compliance and building strong candidate relationships.
