Pay:
Based on experience Key Responsibilities: Prepare rug pads and materials for fabrication Measure, cut, and stage materials according to specifications Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before production Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Support team members and production flow as needed Requirements: Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
