Senior Accounts Payable Manager Exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable leader who is passionate about automation, process improvement and developing high-performing teams! This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a critical function, develop a team, modernize processes and gain meaningful exposure to M&A and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
Key responsibilities include: • Leading end-to-end accounts payable operations across Vendor Master Data, Purchase Requisitions and Orders, Invoice Processing, Disbursements and Vendor Services• Fostering employee engagement, collaboration and accountability across a multi-location team• Implementing process and operational changes that improve productivity, efficiency and service levels• Overseeing corporate card and travel and expense programs• Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, IT, Accounting and other operational teams• Driving automation and process improvements that enhance working capital, operational efficiency and the stakeholder experience• Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into established processes and systems The ideal candidate will bring:• A bachelor’s degree• Accounts payable leadership experience within a mid-sized to larger organization• Direct people-management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop and engage employees• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, vendor master data, invoice processing and travel and expense operations• Experience leading change and implementing solutions that improve team productivity
