About the Role:
As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including arts, crafts, games, and social events Collaborating with nursing staff to identify and meet the unique needs and interests of our residents Conducting assessments to determine the needs and preferences of our residents and developing individualized activity plans Recruiting and supervising volunteers and activity aides Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity programs Developing and managing budgets for activity programs Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
