About the role
- (Besides Planning Your Next Powder Day):Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
- Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
- Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
- Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.
- Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
- Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.
- Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.
- What Makes You a Fit:
- Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable with POS systems (preferred).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Eagerness to learn we're happy to train the right candidate who is excited about learning the trade!
