- Assist in programming, calibration, and optimization of robotic systems. Documentation, Safety, and Collaboration
- Document work performed, including maintenance logs, troubleshooting steps, and updates to schematics.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company and industry safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support automation project implementation.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systems
- Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and robotic programming interfaces (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa)
- Proficiency in programming industrial vision systems (FANUC, Cognex, Keyence, etc.)Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pneumatic and electrical systems
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking for troubleshooting automation issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with robotic systems in a manufacturing or automation environment
- Experience with robotic integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Familiarity with risk assessments, safety protocols, and industrial standards
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
