HR Systems SpecialistTrinity Industries is seeking a HR Systems Specialist based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will act as a hands-on HRIS analyst, driving system effectiveness, data accuracy, and user experience across our HR technology landscape. You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to configure and optimize HR systems, deliver actionable insights through reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Join us in Delivering Goods for the Good of All.What You'll Do:Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter resource for HR systems, supporting configuration, functionality, and user experience across HR modulesConfigure and support key HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, and CompensationSupport and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly recruiting lifecyclePartner closely with Talent Acquisition to enhance ATS processes, workflows, and candidate experienceTranslate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned with HR best practicesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, or equivalent tools) to support HR analytics and decision-makingSupport system enhancements and projects including requirements gathering, testing (SIT/UAT), and deploymentContribute to the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including configuration, testing, and post-go-live supportPartner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT) to troubleshoot issues and support integrationsPerform ongoing data audits, system maintenance, and issue resolution to ensure data integrityCreate and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base contentIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within HR processesSupport internal and external audit requests with accurate and timely dataQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems, including configuration and administration across modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and CompensationPrior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requiredExperience supporting or participating in ATS implementations or system migrations strongly preferredExperience with Oracle HCM Cloud strongly preferred (or similar HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)Exposure to or involvement in Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plusExperience with reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, or other HR reporting tools) and data management processesWorking knowledge of HR business processes (e.g., talent management, total rewards, compliance)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience supporting system updates, testing cycles, and change managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughWhy This Role Stands Out:Broader exposure across multiple HR modules (not just recruiting/core)Opportunity to grow deeper expertise in Oracle HCM CloudHigh visibility with HR and business stakeholdersDirect impact on employee experience and HR operationsYou will gain hands-on experience supporting a full-cycle implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including exposure to configuration, testing, and go-live activitiesPrimary Location: US-TX-Dallas
