About the role

Rubicon Grp, LLC seeks a technically adept IT support professional to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution in a DoD/IC environment. You will interact with hardware and software vendors, deploy and support VOIP equipment and tools (CUCM, CUC, Jabber, Teams, Web Ex), and handle escalations, training, and on-call duties. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility is required. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA
