Job Description:
Lead formula and product development initiatives for thermoplastic color and additive masterbatches
Perform precise color matching to meet client specifications and quality standards
Execute compounding, dry blending, and masterbatch processing operations
Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements across multiple application sectors
Support product development for construction, automotive, consumer products, and other key markets
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in formulation and color matching of thermoplastics
