About the role
Humana is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to process referrals/authorizations, enter data into the MSR system, and support case management activities under direct supervision. You will handle coding tasks and ensure accuracy, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices in a remote work setting.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, UM/coding experience and/or medical terminology, and interim security clearance. Travel to Humana offices may be required occasionally.
