- What You Need to Have:
- Previous experience working within an HR department, with five or more years preferred.
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with employee benefits, FMLA, workers' compensation, and HR documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with employees and upper management.

- Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
